if your mobile is not getting network or incoming call is not working or your data is not working, 

 

So in such a situation we also do Airplane Mode but still it is not possible and then we have to restart our mobile, and airplane mode is also not working, then you can change the network mode of your mobile and see, your The problem will surely be solved.

How To Change Preferred Network Type in Mobile ?

Go to the setting of your mobile
You have to select any 1 SIM out of your two SIM which has BSNL SIM
There you have to go to Preferred Network Type
Now you will get three network types there, 2G, 3G and 4G LTE will be available.
There you have to select 3G and after 5 seconds you have to select 4G LTE again.
